Our 30 day warranty is calculated from the date of receiving the product. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
To ensure a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate all details on your ticket, such as your order number, SKU number or product name.
Then follow these three steps:
- 1. Please describe the problem and provide us with pictures showing the problem (less than 2MB) and the outer packaging of the goods.
- 2. Once we have reviewed all the above details, we will arrange the return of goods (RMA) within the warranty period.
- 3. Please deliver the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.
All defective items within the 30 day warranty period should be returned to our warehouse using the excel form provided by our customer support team.
After receiving the product, we will send you a replacement product or refund at our own expense.
Non fault items:
If there is no problem but you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us. Please explain this situation to us, as long as the item is not used / worn, all its labels, labels and original packaging, we will allow return and exchange. The freight for returning the goods to us and resending the goods will be borne by the customer in full.
Lack of products / accessories:
We check all items / accessories before sending, which should be very rare. Please contact us according to the above warranty process, and we will provide you with solutions.
Size and accessories and wrong products:
Thanks to the wide range of offers on our website, lennyfashion works with a number of manufacturers and brands. Small size differences can be observed between them. It is the customer's responsibility to check the size chart and choose the right product.
- -If you receive the wrong size, please submit a ticket stating the delivery size and the size you ordered. Please let us know if the parts are too small or too large.
- -If you think the product does not match the description on the website, please send us a clear picture with good light (below 2MB) and send it to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your above details, we will recommend a free exchange or refund.
- -If you order the wrong size or the wrong product, we can allow you to return it. Please contact us for return authorization. We can let you return and exchange. The freight for returning the goods to us and resending the goods will be borne by the customer in full.
The customer has to pay the freight to return the goods. The fee is not refundable. Customers should provide us with tracking information of returned packages. We will make compensation after receiving the goods.

Items exempt from refund, exchange or exchange include underwear, swimsuits, all garments listed under clearance categories, and any discounted items, provided lennyfashion has no errors.
